LEADERSHIP

Global Learning Asia Incorporated is led by Dr. Maria Relucio alongside a leadership team drawing on more than five decades of combined experience in higher education, scientific research, and global compliance. As a behavioral scientist, international law scholar, and AI Governance & Digital Transformation leader, Dr. Relucio's multidisciplinary background ensures the rigor of all training programs and consultancy services Global Learning offers.

Dr. Relucio earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law from the Université catholique de Louvain (UCL). She holds credentials as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C, CIPP/E, CIPP/US), Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP), and Certified AI Transformation Leader (CAITL). These qualifications enable her to integrate global privacy compliance into Global Learning’s training and consulting services within the Technology & Innovation stream. Additionally, she holds a PhD in Social Justice Education from the University of Toronto and is a credentialed Behavior Analyst. She draws on her background as an educator and training as a behavioral scientist to promote sustainable change across high-volume organizational, clinical, and educational environments.
